Eat a lot of whole wheat
I found the best way to lose weight! I started eating only 100% whole wheat for a month and i lost almost 10 lbs. You are probably thinking “What???” But it is true. There are so many foods that have whole wheat that you wouldn’t even think of!! When you go to the grocery store, you can look at the nutrition label and see how much fiber is in the foods that you choose. Some foods have more than the other. Fiber is so good for your body. Also, if you want to lose even more weight, you can eat a lot of fiber during the day and then work at the end of the day and it will burn more fat.
